Money Follows The Person is a five-year $56 million demonstration grant funded by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in partnership with the state of Georgia's Department of Community Health. If you have lived in a nursing home or a hospital for people with mental retardation (ICF-MR's) for at least 6 months and would rather live in your own home or a group setting, you may be eligible for home and community-based services through Georgia's Medicaid Programs.
