Select Comparison Options: Select filter criteria from Explore Care Options and click Submit. Then a Comparison Table will be displayed below showing all of the facilities in your area.

Want to compare facilities outside your area? No problem, simply zoom out and click the Submit button again.

Get directions: To get directions to a facility, click the Get Directions link in the Detail Balloon for a facility OR in the Comparison Table that appears below.

Federally Qualified Health Clinic (FQHC): Community-based and patient-directed organizations that serve populations with limited access to health care. These include low income populations, the uninsured, those with limited English proficiency, migrant and seasonal farmworkers, individuals and families experiencing homelessness, and those living in public housing.
Public Health Clinics: Work in concert with state, county and city officials to ensure the health needs of the community are met and to improve the quality of life for Georgians. Public Health Clinics prevent epidemics and spread of communicable diseases; promote and encourage healthy behaviors; prevent injuries; respond to disasters and assist communities during the recovery from disasters and assure the quality and accessibility of health related services.
Rural Health Clinic(RHC): A Rural Health Clinic is a clinic certified to receive special Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. The purpose of the RHC program is improving access to primary care in underserved rural areas.

Facility Type:

Hospital: A general/acute care facility in which patients with many different types of illnesses are given care.
Pharmacy: A location where prescription drugs and other items are sold
Outpatient: An individual who receives health services in a clinic, emergency department, or other health care facility without being admitted to (lodged overnight in) a health care facility as an inpatient.
Long-Term Care: A combination of medical, nursing, custodial, social, and community services designed to help people who have disabilities or chronic care needs, including dementia.
Clinic: A facility often associated with a hospital or medical school that is devoted to the diagnosis and care of outpatients.
